We have 3 types of membership here at SurfPhotos.

Standard: This membership allows you to add comments to galleries and articles.  You can ask the contributor questions and receive answers via the comment section of the website.

Photographer:   This membership is ideal for photographers who dont have a website and would like their work to get exposure on the internet.  This membership allows you to create galleries and upload images.  To become a photographer member you will need to submit images for assessment before this membership takes effect.  SurfPhotos would like to maintain minimum standards for the images displayed on the site.   Photographers can also sell the images they post direct to the client without paying any commission or fees to SurfPhotos.  All images submitted must have the photographers watermark on them.   Image size restrictions will apply and will be strictly enforced. (Maximum 800 on the widest side and no bigger then 200kb).  Photographers can post links back to their own site.  There are no restrictions on Photographers advertising themselves.

Writer:  This membership is for people who want to contribute articles to the news or articles section.  If you have an article (be it serious or humorous) that you want to share with the world please feel free to submit it to us.  Articles can be on any subject not just surfing.
